To keep every job running smoothly, we ask that our clients must provide:

• Materials
All required materials for the job (insulation, multifoil, battens, tiles, felt, fixings, etc.).
Teams are labour-only and do not supply materials.

• Waste Handling
Skip, hippo bags or a grab lorry. Teams bag and stack waste but do not remove it from site.

• Safe Access

Clear access to the loft or roof, and safe ladder/scaffold where required.

• Parking

A suitable space for the team van.

• Job Details

Full address, instructions and a site contact for the day.

Clear photo or video evidence of the loft/roof must be provided before a team is booked.
